A.projeKt retains the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of User representations and warranties provided herein, without prior customer notification. Refunds will be made if applicable.
A.projeKt reserves the authority to BLOCK/BLACKLIST any customer for reasons including, but not limited to, breaches of User representations and warranties, without notice or intimation, and will decline/ignore orders from these customers.
