Cancellation & Return Policy

At A. projeKt, we follow a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Since each garment is uniquely crafted upon order, we do not accept exchanges or returns, except for sizing or alteration concerns.

Alterations:
If you experience sizing or fit issues (excluding sale or discounted items), please contact us at aprojektwork@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the alteration process. The garment must be shipped back to us within 7 days of raising the issue. While you’ll be responsible for the return courier, we’ll cover the delivery back to you.

Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, email us at aprojektwork@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order ID, along with clear photos and a video showcasing the damage. Our team will review your case and assist you accordingly.
